This policy explains what personal data Hyperclicks Limited (“Hyperclicks”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The short version: we only collect what you type into the contact form, we use it to reply to you, and we do not track you.

What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive:
- your first and last name;
- your email address;
- your company or brand name, if you choose to give it;
- the service you selected;
- your message;
- your confirmation that we may use these details to reply to you.
With each message our server also records the date and time it was sent and the browser’s user-agent (a short text that names the browser and operating system). This helps us spot automated spam.
If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.
Like any web host, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. We do not use it to identify you or to build a profile of you.
How we use it
We use the details you send only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss a possible collaboration with you. We do not add you to a newsletter or mailing list, we do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (the checkbox on the form) and on taking the steps you ask for before a possible contract. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect anything we did before.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising cookies, and it sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are served from our own site, so loading a page does not contact any third-party font service.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers, only to run the site and deliver your message:
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website (Cloudflare Workers) and turns each form submission into an email delivered to our inbox (Cloudflare Email Routing).
- Google (Gmail) stores the emails we receive.
These providers may process data in the United States and in other countries where they operate.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for 24 months after our last exchange with you, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your data;
- object to or restrict how we use your data, or withdraw your consent.
To use any of these rights, email roberto@hyperclickslimited.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you also have the right to complain to the data-protection supervisory authority where you live or work.
Changes to this policy
If what the website collects changes, we will update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
